 Thank you for choosing DKmohextailor for your tailoring needs. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with us. 

 Order Processing: 

 Orders will be processed and confirmed upon receipt of payment. Custom-made items may require additional processing time. 

 Delivery Timeframe: 

 Our standard delivery time is 4 to 5 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as material availability, public holidays, or shipping constraints. We strive to deliver orders within the specified timeframe and will notify you of any significant delays. 

 Shipping and Handling: 

 Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order during checkout. We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery of your items. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping due to incorrect addresses provided.

 Custom Orders: 

 Custom orders may have longer processing and delivery times than standard items. We will provide estimated timelines for custom orders during the consultation and order confirmation process. 

 Order Changes :

 Changes to orders (e.g., size adjustments, style modifications) may be accommodated within a reasonable timeframe before 1 day of production begins. Please contact us promptly for any changes. After this timeframe, changes may not be possible due to production processes already initiated. 

 Refunds Policy:

 Please note that we have  No Refund Policy, as the order is being produced and the fabrics are be ordered from overseas.
